What to Expect
Taman Ayun Temple
Taman Ayun Temple, Located in Mengwi, was established in the 17th century by the founder of the Mengwi Kingdom. The name means "beautiful garden". The temple is surrounded by a large moat and features impressive Balinese architecture, including multi-tiered Meru shrines.
Ulun Danu Beratan Temple
The Ulun Danu Beratan Temple, is one of Bali's most iconic sanctuaries, beautifully located on the shores of Lake Beratan in the cool highlands of Bedugul. Dedicated to Dewi Danu (goddess of water), its unique setting beside the lake surrounded by mountains makes it a spectacular photography spot.
Handara Gate
Designed in the traditional Balinese Candi Bentar (split-gate) style. Today, the Handara Gate has become one of Bali's most popular photography spots. The dramatic mountains, green landscape, and misty atmosphere create a beautiful backdrop for memorable photographs.
Jatiluwih Rice Terrace
Jatiluwih Rice Terrace is famous for its vast green rice terraces and traditional Subak irrigation system. This cultural landscape was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Enjoy breathtaking views of rice terraces stretching across the hills while learning about traditional Balinese farming.
Tanah Lot Temple & Sunset
Our final destination is Tanah Lot Temple, which means "Land in the Sea". The temple is situated on a dramatic rocky offshore formation. As the sun begins to set, the temple creates a spectacular silhouette against the ocean, offering the perfect way to end our Bali heritage and nature tour.
